Online business in idea stage - seeking partners

Hello, i'm a recent graduate engineer from india and have an idea for online business.
Educational animation website featuring how things works in an animated way.This could include virtually anything from fluorescent bulbs to complex industrial equipments like distillation column.i know this would be much more complex to establish and there are many big players in this field.But my plan is a little different.

I'm looking for a business partner, preferably from india but people from other countries are equally invited.Investment issues can be dealt with venture firms.I have to do market research with the above propositions to know their scope and prospects.
