Investors for a new niche web hosting Startup, 150% ROI.

Hello,
I'm looking to start a new niche web hosting service based on "the cloud". Right now there is no "budget" or low cost solution. That's the market I want to target. There are a few big players, but their services are $65 and upwards. I want to offer a low cost, great service and support solution.

My Background: My name is Brandon Williams. I am 25 years old. I live near Chicago, IL. I Have been in and around the hosting industry since 2003, I know all the marketing strategies that work, and where to find customers. The last web hosting business I ran was fairly successful, I gained an average of 20 customers per month for 16 months before I decided to sell, and concentrate on other areas of web development.

Where will your investment go?:
1. A percentage of your investment will go toward the software needed to safely operate cloud infrastructure.
2. A larger percentage of it will go toward advertising as I want to hit this hard and fast.

What type of return of investment can you expect?
1. Depending on how much you invest you can easily expect 150%, The higher the amount you invest, the higher your return on investment will be. I will be giving you a monthly percentage of your return on investment.
Example1: You invest $5000 =, After 3 months of business you will be looking at $500 monthly for 15 months.
Example2: You invest $20000 = After 6 months of business you will be looking at $1500 monthly for 25 months.
This all is interchangeable and completely negotiated depending on your terms. Those were just examples.

Please do not suggest a small business loan as I do not have credit. I have paid for everything by cash my entire life and I'm starting to regret it.
