Need Investor to new Startup

Hi my name is Tal,
I live in Israel,16 years old,I young but i can to build a Startup.
I know C#,C++,C,VB,PHP,JS,AJAX & learn Electronics.

I want to start my Startup,but i need a Investor.
This new renewal to "touch screen".
i think after finish Startup,Company like:Nokia,Motorola,apple,Sony Ericsson Want to buy this Company.

This Startup don't need a lot of money.
i Gives to Investor 25% revenues.

Notic:Don't think Because I young it not work or bad Startup.
