Looking For Investor for Start up with great potential

Ramstone Jeans Co. A small line of the ultimate sexy jeans for women will be launching soon. Our marketing strategy will put them out in front of everyone. We have a top fashion designer and patterns ready to go. We are looking for a solid investor. We need capital to go to production. As you may know the mark-up in fashion is tremendous. Even during the last year (and economic melt down) the fashion industry had over $250 BILLION in revenues!

Our product is unique to other women's designer jeans. These will have an exclusive "cut" to make them stand out and be demanded by our target of women 18 to 40 who want to be noticed and flirty. These are the socially active "clubbing" type women.

Our marketing strategy will be two fold:

1. We will push the line in social networks; Facebook, twitter, Youtube etc. This will have strong somewhat outrageous content and hope to go "viral" This will create a demand from the streets which can make the brand very strong.

2. We will also push in the standard media; Taxi tops, bus sides, women's magazines cable TV targeted to certain programing.

Using both types of marketing our message will be unique and strong. We will be known as the SEXIEST JEANS YOU CAN BUY! There are sexy jeans out there but they are like all the rest. Ours will be different and so will our message. We will be selling jeans in a way that has not been done before. We will be strong and blunt about our product line and have unique jeans to back up what we say.

We need some funding for production - $60 -$80k but most of our finding will go to marketing - $100-120k Our product will be relatively inexpensive to produce ($10 -20 per pair depending on quantity) Our markup will be high - approximately $80 -100 net each pair. We keep our prices high to demonstrate our unique design. as well as make the product more exclusive.

We believe our product will sell well after our initial launch. We will begin selling online through our site. Initially there will be limited quantities. As the demand increases we will slowly increase supply. With a strong brand behind us we will approach retailers but only when we are in demand enough to allow us to negotiate in a strong position.

As our brand grows we will also include other types of women's clothing as well. These will also remain unique to the market however Ramstone Jeans Co. will strive to remain the household name for the company the makes the worlds sexiest jeans.
