Seeking a webcam expert/consultant

Hi there. I'm in the SF Bay Area and have capital and a business plan. What I lack is technical expertise regarding webcams (specifically wireless webcam capabilities). Can anyone direct me to a hardware engineer or someone appropriate that I can utilize as a consultant. Or direct me to a more appropriate place to look?
