Funding for Expanding our current business to a Store Front
My partner and I are looking to expand our current virtual style business to its already planned startup side of it in a store front brick and mortar business. Building a business from its current state and expanding it to a retail business is expensive, but it should be doable for a low cost which with the cost of doing business has not allowed us to save up money to this magnitude in order to build the store front and stay on the timeline. Thanks Gene, I know, its been hard, seems that door are slamming left and right, with the economy like it is, loans and such just doesn't seem the right path. I talked with the TA provider the Technical Assistance Provider in my area, they support and help startup businesses get funded. We are targeting the Express Loan Program through Superior Financial Group and Innovative Bank, both require that you have a TA provider before you begin. but in any case, a simple $400k would kick of off full blown, but we only need to crack open the door with bare minimum start-up cash of around $200k to $250k the rest is the second part of the business that is needed but can wait while we bring up the hard stuff.
Do you know any sites, companies, or any locations we can look at to get, or learn more about funding?

Going it alone is difficult at best. Take your time and find good people to work with.
