Finding partners and investors

I am looking for four partners who are willing to devote time to use their programming expertise to further develop a business continuity solution running embedded linux - DENX on a ARM9T/PC based platform. The proof of concept is complete and currently looking to develop the product further.

software development experience in any one or multiple of the following areas is ideal.
i) web ui development
ii) fax development
iii) asterisk porting
iv) driver development for GSM, WIMAX, 802.11, CDMA, satellite etc.

I work with new and start up companies but I get so many calls I just can't keep up with them, write business plans and do all the things I do.
